We process orders Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

- The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
- Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
- Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only an approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- Large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately as needed to ensure safe delivery.
- When an order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. The delivery service will also provide the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) as well as all the required information to track your package. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If, for any reason, a package is unable to reach its intended destination due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it's marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender," we'll promptly notify you via email. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order smoothly, so we'll work with you to make further arrangements.
To help us avoid any delivery hiccups, we kindly request that you provide the correct address during the checkout process. It's crucial for us to have accurate information to ensure that your order is delivered to the right place. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error on your part.
We understand that you may have specific delivery preferences, and we appreciate your trust in our service. However, we'd like to inform you that once your order has left our facility, any requests to forward or redirect the package through the mail carrier will be outside of our control. In such cases, we regretfully cannot assume responsibility if the package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged during the forwarding process.
